Applied on Thursday. Call on Friday. Interview with manager on Sunday. He scheduled for me to meet with GM on Wednesday. I received a call a day after the application was submitted. The associate on the line asked if I was interested in the job still and I said I was highly interested. The employee scheduled an interview that Sunday (2 days from call). I interviewed on Sunday was immediately taken care of by the GM who arranged an interview by another manager. The manager asked several questions about my experience and plans as far as Best Buy. Described the companies culture and what are its expectations from the employees. The interviewer excused himself as he left to get GM but returned and confirmed an interview for Wednesday. The interview was delayed due to conference calls but only for a few hours and I met with GM and he asked questions as to confirm my previous interview and shortly after asked me to sign papers and disclosures. I negotiated salary and awaiting drug test results.

It was not too long and was a good process. They asked me about eight questions so that was not bad at all. Just make sure you act professionally and be positive throughout the process is what’s most important of all.

Applied for the job online, then immediately got an email to do a video interview within 5 days. There is no interviewer, it's just you responding to the questions on the screen as it records you. It gives you a moment to practice if you want. There are 8 questions. You have 10 seconds to read the question, then 2 minutes to respond. At least you can click the button if you want to continue, giving you time to think or take a breather before you answer the next question.

It was pretty easy with the integration of the video interview. I was able to get it done in about 15 to 20 minutes at the most which I thought was pretty impressive.
