Phones interview process was painful and extremely specific to weed out many external candidates. Be prepared for in-depth, metric-based questions designed to give the unprepared lower standardized scores. In-person interview goes a little further in-depth around specific management experience and achievements. This was more of what would expect for a salaried management interview.

First interview with recruiter via phone.
2nd interview was panel interview with 3 GMs.
No in person interviews due to Covid-19. All went well. I would say it wasn’t very difficult

Random and incredibly robotic generic phone interview to start. The person on the other end of the line will 100% be replaced by a robot in the next 3 years. Or maybe it was a robot that just passed the Turing test.
