Interview consisted of scripted questions out of a packet. All were in the form of " Tell me a time when" format. I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview. I interviewed only with the GM. When I had the opportunity to ask questions, I was shocked at the perplexed answers I received from the GM. In one instance he was not even able to answer the question "Please describe your corporate culture". This GM had been in his role for 11 years and was living high on the hog. I talked to one of his current managers and he indicated to me that this GM only works 4 days a week. I was not chosen for the position. I think not being offered this position was a blessing in disguise. Overall I am not impressed by the level of expertise, professionalism, and business acumen that best buy GM's possess.
