I applied online, had a phone interview a week or so later, then was asked to come in for an in person interview where i first met one person, then a panel of three then a panel of four. I was being asked the same questions over and over again, the process was draining and not engaging. Honestly wanted to leave during the interview because it was obvious questions were not thought out and during one of the panels three of the people interviewing me kept looking at each-other to see who could think of a question in the moment.
