Applied online and was contacted quickly. Interview was conducted as a direct one-on-one interview with managing Broker. Company policies were explained in detail and I was basically asked to explain why I would be a good fit for the company.

It was easy process. once applied online, someone gave me call few days later. Phone interview was conducted after a day, and I was asked to come in for additional interview with hiring manager.
