Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Berkshire Hathaway (Cumming, GA) en ene 2014
Entrevista
mostly chit chat. they seem to hire anybody willing to be an agent and get a license. act like they'll be supportive, but only big money agents really get any attention. lots of agents i would not want to negotiate or deal with from other side of a deal. hard to break in to market with so many agents (100) working same market. need to focus on existing agents instead of constant hiring & diluting everyone's income.

Approximately an hour of the usual recruitment chat. If you've been to one standard broker interview, you won't be surprised by this process. Overall, I did a lot more listening than talking. I did get some great marketing ideas, but overall don't feel like I learned much about Berkshire Hathaway that set them apart from the other big names in real estate.
