The interview process is defined and organized well, there are a lot of 1-1 interviews for the position. I would have expected so many rounds for an executive position, not for a mid-senior management position.
After the interview, the hiring manager called and asked time needed to start in the position, shared positive response and indicated HR will reach out and contact.
But HR never contacted , and HR never bothered to even reply to email on the status.
Companies and HR managers must realize that it is important to close the loop.
