First round was a 20 minute video interview, purely behavioral, to get to know you and your interests / why you want to join Berenson. It was very relaxed, then had a few minutes to ask questions.

Why are you interested in the technology / software industries
Started with a technical round with an analyst over zoom, then met with 2 VP's, ended with a super day (4 different interviews). Overall not too difficult and good people.
two 30 min interviews with associates, then progress to super day (seven 20 min interviews). all over Zoom, a few basic technical questions (valuation methods), mostly behavioral questions about my experiences. It seems like they put a lot of emphasis on culture fit
