Responded to newspaper ad. Followed up with phone call. Had initial interview with owner. Was out of town and they called. Advised them that I had committed to a temporary position and could not return immediately. They advised that they were very interested and would hold position for second interview when I returned. Returned and had second interview and received job offer. Initial interview was about 1 1/2 hours in length. Second interview (with their bookkeeper) was about 15-20 minutes.
