Interviewers were seemingly poorly prepared for the interview. Questions were little aligned with the opportunity and focused on petty issues from past employments. Totally missed the scope of what should have been discussed and which questions should have been asked.....

After about 30 minutes into the interview, I was blatantly asked about my age. After disclosure the interview took an obvious turn and was abandon within a few minutes later.
