I had a wonderful experience interviewing with BDT. The HR team was responsive and stayed in touch throughout the process providing an overview at the outset and then sharing relevant updates throughout. In addition to a brief HR screening call, I completed 3 rounds of interviews with Philanthropy team members and a one-page work sample. The process moved forward at a reasonable speed (faster than many others during my job search). I really enjoyed meeting BDT's talented and ambitious Philanthropy team. Their interview questions were relevant and sought to ensure that I would be a good fit for both the work and the team. I know that working for BDT/with this team would have been an amazing opportunity! I was fortunate to receive multiple job offers and ultimately made the difficult decision to decline BDT's offer to work for another org./cause that I feel great urgency about.
