Very easy. The company hires on a large amount of people for "open enrollment" season. Once you start working you are answering phone calls from 8am to 5pm. It takes at the very least 7 months to get hired on full time and then from there you have a 1 year period of still being on the phones until you can move through out the company. Very few people get hired on full time.
