Colloquium composed of:
- Screening (of CV and possible motivation letter)
- Tasks #1 (given an initial set of tasks, mainly logic questions that are not extremely complex, there may also be questions related to the role)
- Tasks #2 (if the first set of tasks went well, there will be another set of tasks, with some programming tests)
- Interviews (3: problem solving, behavioral and finally the one related to the role with possible system design)
The first interview could be done in parallel with the second set of tasks.
I strongly recommend time management skills in the tasks, especially the programming tasks.
All in all a good experience, I will try again.

Great so far.
7 task OA fully proctored, went well.
Problem solving interview went well, where I was asked logic + probability questions
Behavioural interview went great - just come across as interesting and be witty and professional with your answers - they may try to trip you up! Just remember to prioritise the role, and show how building solutions and projects is a huge part of your life. I recommend reading their spooner qualities doc!
Got a system design interview soon!

Ho provato a fare l' oa, ho iniziato con la parte di logica e l'ho passata, poi c'è la parte di coding dove la difficoltà è incrementale, trova una soluzione, scrivi testi, scrivilo in un altro modo e cosi via

The application process is long compared to other firms (7-8 hours of commitment, spread across 1.5-2 months), but it is quite unique as well, so you might find it interesting.
You first have to do an OA, which consists of behavioural questions, as well as some pen-and-paper tasks (e.g., algorithms on graphs, logical reasoning), and a task that you couldn't solve by hand, thus requiring you to write a small program.
After the OA stage, there are 2 behavioural interviews, which consist of your standard behavioural questions as well as "brain teaser" type questions (not really the "If you were shrunk and put in a blender, how would you escape" kind, they were more about logical reasoning and less open-ended). I highly recommend preparing for how to answer those, since I believe that is the reason I failed.
