Two on-line steps, then an interview with the recruiter, then a problem solving interview with focus on logics and reasoning (still not technical questions) and finally a technical interview with a couple of employees.

In the technical interview at the beginning I've been asked many things without going much deep in technical details. Then they asked me some questions on Node.js, going deeper on non-trivial topics.
The was long and had multiple steps. 1. A first batch of tests both logical and position related (webpage implementation task). Tests were on an online platform and each test was time-boxed. 2. A second batch of tests, same as before + some open personal questions. 3. A first behavioral interview with HR. 4. A problem-solving interview, with some logic questions. 5. A final technical interview with position related technology questions.

Five different interviews held remotely, one of these was a coding challenge aimed to understand the problem solving skills, most of the interviews are held by a board committee formed by a minimum of three people and it's required to speak English, no matter which Country you live in
