Dopo aver superato lo screening iniziale ho ricevuto email automatica e email da recruiter con un link a dei test che occupano un totale di 5 ore circa che si possono eseguire in momenti diversi. Ci sono sia test di logica (più simpatici dei test del qi) che domande aperte psicoattitudinali, infine una situational based question aperta. Dopo aver superato anche questo screening, ho ricevuto un'altra email automatica e da recruiter per un'altra batteria di test per altre 5 ore circa. Una parte di logica, una di comprensione del testo, un'altra situational based q. Mi è arrivata una email di feedback dove la recruiter mi spiegava che altri candidati hanno fatto meglio di me e mi invitava a scegliere un'associazione dove Bending Spoons farà una donazione.

I found the recruitment process quite unusual, as I had to sign an NDA before even starting the recruitment process – this was the first company I’ve encountered with such a requirement. It felt a bit strange, especially given that it was before any real engagement with the company or recruiter. Additionally, before having a conversation with a recruiter, candidates are required to complete a set of test tasks that take around 10 hours to complete. After investing such significant time, the only feedback you might receive is a standard rejection email, without any actual conversation or constructive feedback. I believe this process might be more suitable for interns or recent graduates, but for candidates with experience, it feels a bit impersonal and somewhat disrespectful to the time and effort invested. A more balanced approach, where there’s direct communication with a recruiter either before or after the test, would be appreciated for more experienced professionals.
