The overall process was quite long and consisted of different steps. After a CV screening I went through a first online quiz and after that a session of problem solving.
I was then interviewed twice: the first interview was non technical, the following one was more focused on problem solving and more challenging.
Overall I liked the fact that they focused more on how I would approach to a problem rather than very technical aspects.
It was very standardized and they tried to keep it as impersonal as they could, though still being very friendly and open during the interviews.
I was not offered a position as they found other candidates to be more suitable than me. However, I was called for a different job some weeks later, which in my opinion demonstrated their effort to find the best match for each job offered and the best job for each candidate.

Non disclosable. Not very technical, they focused on how I tackled problems and how I could find original solutions.
After passing the CV screening there is a series of math, logic and programming tests (NOT leetcode-like). Then, if selected (still waiting for a feedback) there is HR screening and Technical interview.

Entrevista
The selection process consisted of multiple online tasks and several interviews. The online tasks took quite a while (around 6-ish hours total), but at the end you had an opportunity to choose a charity to which Bending Spoons will donate a small amount.
The first interview was behavioural, where I got asked questions about motivation, and personality. The second interview was more technical, where I solved logic and data analysis questions. The third interview was also technical, where I had to solve a system design problem.
Overall, the interview process was very smooth, the company was being quite fast at replying and answering any questions I had. I was a bit surprised that there was no live coding.
The first round of the process is a coding interview with multiple coding tasks and other logic and probability questions. Then we have a interview, I had a behavioural one mostly. The overall process is very quick and the final response also came within a week of the last interview.
