The process took place in several stages: - initial screening of CV and Cover Letter - first session of specific tests for the role - second test session (one pretty long, specific again to the role, others faster, of general logic) - interview with human resources (general questions about me, my career path and my passions) - interview with two team members (general questions about me, my career path and my passions) - short interview with two other employees (I had to solve some logic problems live) - I provided the name of two contact persons who were contacted. The whole process was quite long, but I appreciated that my skills were actually tested and evaluated for both the role and overall. The people who participated in the process have always been very kind and helpful.
