As first step of the selection process I had to complete 7 tests. They were very long, difficult (too much specific for their industry sector) and not related to the daily tasks of the role I applied for. I think an innovative and modern company should first speak to the candidates. I personally lost motivation after the third test and I expect not to be the only one. The war for talents is dynamic and fast moving.

Il processo non mi ha soddisfatta. Senza aver avuto alcun contatto telefonico mi è stato richiesto di svolgere test (per diverse ore) di logica.
Capisco che la logica sia un aspetto importante da valutare ma non può essere l'unico elemento considerando il ruolo.

Se si passa lo screening dei CV si devono superare dei test logico-matematici abbastanza complessi, consiglio di prepararsi per bene e studiare molto per tentare di superarli, soprattutto se non avete mai studiato statistica.
