The recruiting process starts with a screening based on CV, cover letter, and portfolio (I've applied for the design area so was required). Passing this phase led you to a series of online tests organizied in two batches (accessing the second - 5 tests - requires performing well in the first - 7 tests). The tests, demanding around 25/30 minutes each, are mostly logic exercises, often requiring basic math skills or the ability to interpret data and statistics (a couple of behavioral/aptitude tests are present though). Expect to find questions related also to areas that are not related to your usual professional field. Personally, during the second batch (which I found way more challenging than the first one) I have been required to deal with the interpretation of market performance data as well as basic probability calculation, two topics I rarely delved into before. However, despite the effort required (time and skills), the tests are fun and a good way to challenge yourself. Passing the tests allows you to access a series of interviews.
