I found the process very dehumanised and time-consuming. After the initial screening, there was an online test, followed by another timed technical task, followed by pre-recorded interviews. No interaction with a human whatsoever. Despite the whole thing taking around hours, the only feedback is “There are a lot of strong candidates and, based on the information available, we believe some of them are better suited for the job.” Pretty sure my application was not even seen by a human.

They had multiple rounds of aptitude tests that had to be done through their portal. You had to have your webcam on and share your screen. There were a lot of tasks that you had to do.
