It was concise, well balanced and insightful. The hiring process included applying online, a telephone screening, first interview with the personnel manager and second interview with the Director. The 1st and 2nd interview took place in the same day thus cutting the need to return a third time. I was notified by phone that I was accepted and sent for the necessary testing.
