Applied online, HR phone screen, video interview with hiring manager, in-person interview with team, video interviews with two leaders. Everything was moving quickly and they provided indications that I was the best candidate but per HR policy, they needed to find another comparable candidate before making a decision. I was left in limbo for 6 weeks only to be told that I was not selected.
