They would return my calls and emails in about 2-3 days. I found out later that the CTRS would deliberately wait 10 minutes after your interview time. I remember him calling an applicant stupid for being 10 minutes early. He was not doing anything and was just being rude. When I went in for my interview we it took place in one of the interview/assessment rooms in one of the main hallways. My interview was interrupted by a response to an aggressive patient which was a little intimidating. Later I found that responses happen about 1 every week or so. The kids are tough and you need to be aware of grooming.
