Round 3: Group Task (candidates where placed into teams of about 4 and asked to complete a task and discuss at the end their intuition behind process)

Entrevista
I applied online and received a phone call inviting me to interview. I had a one on one interview with the manager and supervisor. It was straightforward they wanted to get to know me and my availability and to explain what I knew about Bench.
