I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by someone in management asking me to fill out a job application on their website. A few days later someone reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. I remember going through a panel discussion as well with some of the managers to answer questions about my qualifications for the position.

it started initially with a phone interview, and then after references were checked into, the interview was conducted via skype. I did eventually meet with management in person, but most of the work was telecommuting
