Phone screening was super casual. They just checked my eligibility and if I met the qualifications for the intenship program which was the amount of credits and housing situation during the internship period.
A very laid-back interview. Be prepared to get asked more questions about your personality and fit with company culture. Scheduling differs from branch to branch and sometimes you get people from corporate on a division interview.
