Was sent an OA after I applied online and the questions are very difficult probability and statistics questions. Think greenbook problems but the time constraint is pretty difficult. Would recommend brushing up on some problem solving skills with AMC questions maybe. Coding interview questions were very easy, essentially just checked whether you could create some metrics and indicators for trades that they provided
