I finished two interview rounds before getting ghosted. Overall, I find their process outdated because before the group interview (2nd round) HR requested that I print out and complete several pages of paperwork to bring inside their office. Besides basic previous job experience, the paperwork requested additional information, such as your high school and references information. The interview and required paperwork felt like a waste of time, especially since the interviewers state that new employees do not get 2 weeks of vacation.
