The final stage of the process has a role play scenario. One of the scenarios revolves around a workplace violence incident where one elployee yells at another to the point of making him want to quit. The role play was completely open ended with the interview team not facilitating the scenario at all and without giving any context for it. Be aware how you approach things because the interviewers are not exactly great actors and you might be very surprised with the feedback you get at the end.

The interview process is very lengthy. First you have a telephone interview which lasts an hour or so. They then tell you they will be in contact with you if you are chosen to go to the next steps. The next step is usually a face to face interview with the District Manager and a representative from Human Resources which in my case was over two hours long. If you make it past this stage of the interview you will then have a skype interview with the director. Finally if you are chosen they will contact you and set up a time to discuss an offer. The interview itself is very thorough but it makes you appreciate the time and care they take to hire the best person for the job.
