After submitting an initial cover letter and resume, a interview was conducted via zoom with the hiring committee as well as student representatives. Following advancement past this initial round of interviews candidates were invited to tour the facility with the outgoing manager as well as meet and interview with the hiring committee as well as additional staff and student representatives.
