Interview seemed to go well but then I got completely ghosted by the person who interviewed me after she said I should hear from her regarding a second interview by the end of the week and during the interview she even stated how qualified I was. She ignored my follow up emails which I find to be incredibly rude. If you’ve decided to go in a different direction that is totally ok but say that. Communication was plentiful leading up to the interview but then all of a sudden she wouldn’t respond. Perhaps I didn’t fit the racial demographic they preferred. Company looks to be mostly White women and a couple of Asian women. What a joke.
