Terrible, disorganized interview process. Poor communication from the start from the recruiter all the way up through the hiring manager and beyond. The process took weeks longer than it should have, and timing for the position was completely miss-communicated. Lots of confusion and rescheduling, unclear information about who you're meeting with, what the job is about, and no clear information about next steps. The process really left a bad impression about the organization of the company and the department, the manager, and what you're walking into if you take the position. Standard interview questions were asked about the skills required for the role, and past experience that was relevant to the position.
