Scripted. Structured. Rigid. I did not feel like interviewers really wanted me. I felt like part of a process that they were not excited about. 10minute 1 on 1 interview was behavior in format. "describe a time in which you broke the rules for the desired end result" " tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss.....ok what did you do......how did that turn out......what would you do differently?"

Two phone screens and then a panel face-to-face interview. The phone screens were both random. They called out of the blue. The panel was stated to have 7 people but only 3 showed up. It was a fast turnaround once started.
