Telephone interview, then video interview, then face to face interview with 2 people. then received a job offer. had an additional meeting to discuss offer which was declined at the end of the meeting

First step was sending a resume and after that I got a video interview. questions apears and I about a minute to think and 3 minutes to answer each. in total I think it was 4-5 questions
When you apply you have to submit a video answering about 5 timed questions. Then a Phone call with a hiring manager, if you move forward you do a case study with a panel of interviewers who ask questions

It was simple and straightforward but was technical and to the point questions and not something generic. be thorough with bell products and services and some recent marketing done by them.
