Very simple asked questions regarding project management principles asked very simple behavior questions. Interviewer wanted to see how serious I was about the specific role and asked questions on other applications I submitted with the company

I applied online. After 6 days, I got the email to do a recorded video interview. Then, after 3 wks, I got contacted to do my 1st interview with the Hiring Manager. Did the final interview 3 days later with the Director and VP. Job offer was provided in a very timely manner. After accepting the job offer, you are then hired on a conditional basis. You will complete an online form which will be used to conduct a background check. Upon passing the background check and the under conditions mentioned in your contract, you will then be given your onboarding/reporting date.
