The interview process was lengthy. The first person I spoke with was the hiring manager, then I had 4 separate interviews with other people in the HR department. I was not offered the position. Another HR coordinator position became available and the recruiter called me out of the blue and wanted me to meet with the hiring manager. This interview wasn't as involved as the first but I still did not get the position. They claimed that they liked me. Why call someone back a second time to interview just to tell them no again. Belk is not a place I would want to work
