I applied in person at store kiosk over summer, took about a month before I got a text for an interview I called and set one up next day. Interview was very easy ended off topic, took about a week after doing background check and on-board process online to finally get scheduled for on floor training and three days for on computer training

Nothing difficult, basic questions about my availability and past job experiences
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
