Generally, what most companies perform, initial phone call with HR generalist then call with hiring manager, onsite interview with senior team members. Was very disappointed with the condensed time for the site interview, I traveled in and out in the same day (over 24s total involved with this trip). Most worth mentioning is that travel expenses (airport parking, all tolls, any travel mileage some rental car fees or any meals) are not covered. If you are flying in from out of town, rooms for this interview are NOT COVERED! This was explained AFTER I sent the expenses to HR manager Sonja Southerland, she apologized for the confusion but made no effort to correct the situation. I guess she wasn’t listening during the interview that I approve all companies globally for the company that I am currently with and Belimed is a supplier to date. Very short sighted! The Director whom I was interviewing with, I found to be forthcoming and honest.

I found the process with the recruiter to be very unprofessional and dishonest. The Golden Rule is golden for a reason. If I did not believe karma, I would be worse off. She showed the lack of respect to me that she apparently would like to be treated with. I tried to get in touch with someone actually at the company and they bounced me back to her so she could insult me further. It's very ironic to see how she sells herself and what she claims she does because it's not true. What a shame, but thank you karma.
