2 interviews with 2 different managers. Sent in resume directly to department that was hiring received emailed response in 4 days instructing me to take an online assessment. After taking the assessment I received a call for first interview with Human Resources. Second interview was a week later and with the general manager. The office was very accessible and the culture seemed relaxed but busy.

Have you ever had to fire someone who worked directly for you and one who worked indirectly for yoy? I thought it was strange to ask an operations manager when you had an HR Dept. and manager. In most situations they would be the ones handling this from my past employment where these departments were.
