First I applied to the job. Then I recieved a message for a phone interview to assess for initial good fit. The phone interview was a brief understanding of what the work would look like, how much I would be offered for salary and if this was acceptable to me. Then the in person interview was your typical questions. Then they took you around the place for a tour. Then you get some forms to fill out and do drug testing after you get an offer.

First you will get an introduction call in which you describe your background and your interest in why you want to work in aba. If you do well with that, then you will be called in and you will have to do a mock session (with a rbt by your side to model, and an actual client as well as the clinical director(I believe that was her position). They are looking to see how well you pair and if you’re able to run one of their targets.

Interview process was fairly simple. It was mainly just behavioral questions with 2 people. I didn’t have any previous experience answering those types of questions but it was still easy.
