Called by a recruiter who set up a phone interview time. Interviewed with the recruiter exactly at the appointment time. Questions were appropriate to the job and probing enough to weed out people who just want a paycheck. Job offer was received the same week. Onboarding staff was a separate department from the recruiter. All steps of the interview process were professional!
