Waste of time. First, you will have very few time slots to schedule the interview. Maybe that is because the developers in the company are busy, but in this case it is strange to see a herd of people (5 or 6) on the interview, some of them asking no questions. Second, I shared the resume where it was clearly indicated that I did not work with AWS (also I duplicated that information via recruiter) and have worked only in GCP environment. In the feedback I see a complaint that I have no experience with AWS 🤦‍♂️. So I can only conclude that they will prefer waste any amount of your time rather than just reading the CV before the interview. Absolutely disrespectful behaviour in my opinion.
