I was accepted for the position (finished all stages) but they offered me much less money than promised. That was the job offer with salary range and after finishing the process and the call about my expectations (which were at first totally ok for them) they offered me so little money that it was a waste of time. I have no idea how they could publish a job offer with a salary range, discuss it with me and send me the email with something completely different a few days later.
