Easy, I was hired on the first day. Everyone was nice and cordial. Discussed job details and specific times I am available to work. The employer was direct in asking questions.
I had two phone interviews. The first one was basic questions asking when can I work and describe the job title. The second phone interview she asked why do I want to work there and a couple describe a time questions
