Rigorous multi-step interview process with multiple partners and HR staff via Video call. The calls and logistics were right on time and on point. Questions were relevant to the role and ample opportunity to ask questions.

Describe experiences improving manufacturing processes - approach, process, and results.
The process was very smooth. Ashley (the recruiter who reached out to me) informed me of the process and was extremely transparent in our introduction call. She updated me along the way and got me scheduled with each interview with ease.

No formal process.... They were interviewing people when their timeline to hire didnt event exist or knew when when they wanted this person to start. This was highly annoying as I told them when I intially spoke to them timing was important and it needed to be soon or I couldnt/wouldnt leave my current firm.

The HR team wanted me to do a TopGrading interview (google this interview format) but basically they do a deep dive and use the TORC threat of reference checks to try and find the top 10% of candidates. Meanwhile, Beckway isnt even a top 50 consulting & advisory firm... also low pay.
