Yesterday I drove 4 hours for a 1 hour interview. I was wondering why this could not have been done using Skype or other online tool since they were just screening candidates.
I thought the interview went well but got a rejection email today. I asked for feedback but no response. The interview was with the head of the division and a local country lead.

Actually I was not initally asked questions instead the head interviewer took quite awhile to detail specifics about the company I had already took time to research.

There are 2 rounds.
Technical Round
If you are fresher, then there will be written exam like aptitude including some techinal questions . If aptitude round passed, then there will be actual interview.
HR Round- For salary discussion

It was fairly easy, mainly asked about motion control related topics and some simple sorting questions. later in the second interview also it was same some questions related past projects and servo motors
