was completely misled during the interview and orientation. told i would be working mon-thurs with occasional overtime on fridays. upon training, i found out that the company hasn't had a mandatory overtime friday in 18 months (this is being written in 1/22). so all of this is during the covid pandemic. so instead of working a normal 40 hours and getting a three day weekend which is what i expected and was told, i'm still working five days a week and 50 hours.

Entrevista
I had an on-site interview with a member of the HR team and the shift supervisor. They explained the job, pay, and benefits well. I could tell just by chatting with them that this would be a good environment for anyone that's looking for a family-oriented company that offers advancement opportunities. The company has taken COVID precautions very seriously and I felt extremely comfortable while there.

They recognized that I didn't want to be a machine operator for the rest of my life so they asked where I saw myself if offered the opportunity to be trained and advance. They genuinely seem to care about the future of their employees and even offer tuition assistance if you want to better yourself.
