El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Bechtel Marine Propulsion (Pittsburgh, PA) en oct 2015
Entrevista
Interview took place at an off-site location (hotel). Began with a basic presentation of the company and full-time employee benefits. Interviews were 45 minutes long and were handled in a "speed dating" fashion. You stayed in a hotel room (which was set up to accommodate an interview) and the interviewers rotated to the different rooms (ie: you stayed in your room the entire time). After interviews, there was a box lunch available and you got to eat with everyone in a dining area. They also took your picture and fingerprints to have preliminary info to begin background checks if they wanted to extend you an offer in the future.
Overall, the types of questions asked was different based on the interviewers. There was definitely a focus on the interview being a 2 way interview, which I really enjoyed. I could tell they knew you would be adequate for the job if they brought you in for an interview - it was then figuring out where you would enjoy your job the most / which department would be the best fit. Lots of casual discussion on my past work experience.

Had a phone call without being informed. So had to set it up at a later date. Phone interview was straightforward with basic questions about everything on my resume. Mostly asked about my leadership abilities. Told me they would call back to invite me over but that is taking a long time.

two interviews in one day. didn't get to interview the facility. the questions were behavioral questions i.e. "have you ever been in a situation..." the facility up in Albany remind me of a prison. they take your cell phone when you enter the building. the employees can not bring their cellphones to work and they are allowed limited internet access. i wasn't a fan of the environment. I was not allowed to be by myself in a room. even if i had to use the bathroom somebody had to wait outside for me.
