My initial phone interview with this company was such a turn off I'd never consider working for them. The interviewer was very short with me, cutting off my answers and was just overall impatient and unprofessional. Wasn't really surprised not to get a call back, I got the feeling she had already decided she wasn't interested in me before the call.
