Long, unnecessarily complicated process with stupid questions, they want you to create their whole marketing strategy and they are clearly just taking your ideas. I felt used after the interview and was relieved I didn't get the job both because of the office vibes, the marketing management and questions that didn't make sense. I am pretty sure they weren't even hiring just looking for ideas.
